Live-human advisors may have a big effect on what happens to their clients' assets during periods of market volatility. The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a group for life insurance and financial services professionals, raises that possibility in a summary of results from a new, online survey of 500 U.S. consumers ages 18 and older.
At 63 years of age Jerry was, in his own words, "living the dream." The legendary insurer Manos Markoglou passed away a few days ago. The longest-lasting insurer in Greece began his career in the United States insurance market as part of a career week with the Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company of Philadelphia Pennsylvania in 1956. Then, he went on to America with Continental American of New York returning to Greece in 1964 as the first person of the country who became MDRT member.
